Arrival Times and Punctuality
We will answer your phone call immediately or return your call within 1 hour. Due to the nature of our work, providing an exact arrival time is challenging. However, we can offer an estimated time of arrival. Please note that this estimate may change based on the unpredictability of our work. At times, we may only be able to provide a window of arrival, such as before or after midday. If needed, we can contact you 30 minutes to an hour before our arrival. Rest assured, we guarantee that we will arrive at your location on the same day. This commitment is a core part of our dedication to delivering high-quality service.
Treating Your Property as Our Own
Drain Doctor understands that your home is your sanctuary, and we respect that. We all have homes too. We pledge to treat your property as if it were our own, and we will leave it in top condition once our work is complete. Our goal is to leave it orderly and clean, with all debris removed. Since our work primarily takes place underground, usually beneath gardens, walkways, or lawns, we strive to leave it as pristine as we found it… if not better.
Our Fleet of Vehicles
All our vehicles are fully equipped with the necessary tools and equipment, ensuring efficient task execution on-site. Additionally, they are all fitted with a GPS system, allowing accurate crew location tracking and speedy job redirection, minimizing time confusion.
Our Specialist Equipment
Drain Doctor has the right equipment for the job at hand, whether that be unblocking your drain, completing a CCTV inspection, or completing a repair. Rest assured, no task is too big, too small, or too complicated for the Drain Doctor team.
Time Frames
We understand that all work is urgent. We commit to starting and completing your project as quickly as possible. Our goal is to address your drainage issue promptly and effectively, although at times a temporary connection may be necessary until a permanent solution can be applied. Rest assured, we will not leave you in a challenging situation! Most of our unblocking or CCTV camera inspections typically take about an hour on-site. The duration may vary slightly depending on the specific issue.
Our Team
All our staff are highly skilled, certified drainlayers or personnel who work under their close supervision. Our staff have undergone police checks to work at facilities such as maximum security prisons, Government House, and Parliament. They are presentable, honest, and strive to deliver the best possible results in a timely manner. Rest assured, when you work with us, you are not just getting an apprentice.
