Drain Doctor sent a technician the very next morning after my phone call, to clear a totally blocked drain from my laundry. I also required a CCTV inspection of my old clay pipe waste drainage system which they performed with absolute professionalism and skill. It was reassuring to see that my system wasn’t as bad as I thought it might be after 85 years! Sione, the technician, was amazing, professional and had a big smile the whole time he was here :-). He had had to travel from Wellington to Masterton to do my job but it was no problem. I also liked that I knew exactly what I was paying upfront, so no surprises!
